Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bradford Operations website and software applications, including Bradford Lab, CineMath, Post Assistant, and Bradford Toolkit (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of any part of the Services
• Share, transfer, or disclose your account credentials to any third party, or allow any other person to access the Services using your credentials
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, collect data from, or interact with the Services without our express written permission
• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bradford Operations. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bradford Operations.

You retain full ownership of all content, media, projects, and creative work that you create, upload, or process using the Services. Bradford Operations does not claim any ownership rights over your content. By using the Services, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide the Services to you.

MCP Tool Telemetry

Our MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, including Bradford Toolkit, may collect limited telemetry data to improve service quality. We believe in full transparency about what is and is not collected.

What IS Collected

• Tool usage patterns: Which MCP tools are called, when they are called, and how frequently they are invoked
• Histogram statistics: Numeric min, max, mean, and standard deviation values per color channel — summary statistics only, never images
• DRX structure hashes: SHA-256 prefix hashes of DRX node structures, used solely for deduplication of grading presets
• Project color settings: Color science mode (e.g., DaVinci YRGB, ACES) and timeline frame rate

What is NEVER Collected

• Footage, images, frames, or screenshots
• Project files (.drp, .otio, .xml, or any other project format)
• Project names or timeline names
• Timeline content, edit decisions, or sequence structures
• Media pool contents or clip metadata
• File paths, directory structures, or file names

Telemetry data is associated with anonymized session identifiers and cannot be traced back to individual users or specific creative projects.

Data Processing

The telemetry data described above is used for the following purposes:

• Improving grading recommendations: Aggregated histogram statistics and DRX structure data help us refine and expand our look library and grading presets
• Tool performance optimization: Usage patterns help us identify bottlenecks, prioritize feature development, and improve response times
• Anonymized aggregate analytics: We analyze telemetry data in aggregate to understand how our tools are used across the community, which informs product decisions and documentation improvements

We do not sell telemetry data to third parties. Telemetry data is never used to reconstruct, identify, or infer the content of your creative work.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Bradford Operations, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
