01The agreement
These terms are between you and Bradford Operations, and cover the website and our software: Bradford Lab, Bradford Toolkit, CineMath and Post Assistant. Together we call them the services. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
02Your account
Your account is yours. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and do not let anyone else use the services through it. What happens under your account is your responsibility. You can delete it, and everything in it, whenever you like at bradfordoperations.com/account/delete-data.
03What you may not do
Use the services lawfully, and do not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise try to extract the source code or workings of the services
- Access the services with scripts, bots or scrapers without our written permission
- Do anything that damages, overloads or disrupts the services or the systems behind them
- Try to reach accounts, systems or data that are not yours
04Your work stays yours
Everything you create, upload or process with the services remains yours. We claim no rights over it. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it back to you, and that permission ends when you delete it or close your account.
We do not train models on your work.
05Our work stays ours
The services, their design and their code belong to Bradford Operations and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Our name and marks may not be used with any other product or service without our written consent.
06No warranty, limited liability
The services are provided as they are and as they are available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bradford Operations and the people who work with us are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of the services or your inability to use them.
07Ending the agreement
We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these terms, or if we have to in order to protect the services or the people using them. You may stop using the services at any time.
When the agreement ends, your right to use the services ends with it. The parts of these terms that are meant to outlast it, ownership, warranty and liability, still apply.
08Changes, and how to reach us
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date, and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. Using the services after that is acceptance.
