01Can I get a refund?
The plugins are digital, so sales are final and we do not refund a change of mind. This does not take away any right the law gives you:
- If a plugin does not work on a setup our product page says it supports, write to us. We will try to fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you.
- If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel within 14 days of buying, unless you asked at checkout for access to start straight away and acknowledged that you lose that right once it does.
A refund ends the licenses that purchase bought. The policy itself is the Refunds section of the license agreement (a draft for counsel review until the store opens). To ask, write to support@bradfordoperations.com with the email you bought with.
02Can I try a plugin before I buy?
Yes. Sign in to your account and download the installer from Downloads. Without a license it works fully, and renders carry a diagonal trial watermark.
03Are updates included?
Yes. You pay once, and every update to Bradford Glitch and Bradford Textures is included. A different product we sell under another name is not an update.
When an update is out, the plugin's Status line ends with update and the new version. Download it from Downloads and install it over the old one. Updates never change how your saved projects render (see Look Version).
04What do I need to run them?
- Mac: the full release, for Apple silicon (M1 or later). The full list is in Install on a Mac.
- Windows beta: Windows 10 or later, 64-bit. See the Windows beta Read Me.
- DaVinci Resolve 19 or 20, the free edition or Studio.
05Does it run on an Intel Mac?
No. The Mac release is for Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later) only.
06When is the full Windows release?
Windows: the beta now (unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen asks you to confirm before it runs; renders on the CPU), and the full Windows release when it ships, at no extra cost.
We have not set a date for the full Windows release and will not promise one until it is ready. Until then, license holders can use the Windows beta.
07How many computers can I use?
Install the plugin on as many as you like. Each license is in use on one computer at a time, and moves between them when Resolve quits. See Licenses and computers.
08What does Glitch + Textures include?
One license of each plugin, at a lower price than the two bought apart. Each works on its own, as if bought separately.
