Deliverables & Archive

Masters, DCPs, and the archive that outlives them

A rejected deliverable costs a festival slot. We validate packages against the spec before they ship rather than finding out from the receiving end. The archive side matters for the same reason on a longer timeline: drives fail silently, and the moment you need the master back is the worst moment to discover that.

What’s included

  • DCP authoring and versioning — OVs, VFs, and supplemental packages
  • KDM generation and management for encrypted DCPs
  • Theatrical review screenings available on request
  • Distributor masters — ProRes, DNxHR, IMF, broadcast specs
  • Streaming and OTT packages to platform specification
  • LTO authoring
  • Archive planning and long-term recovery strategy

How delivery runs

  1. 01

    Read the spec

The actual document from the actual distributor, not a remembered version of it.

  2. 02

    Build

Packages authored to that spec, with DCPs validated structurally and played back in full.

  3. 03

    Verify

Every package checked against the spec it was built for, and played back in full, before anything leaves.

  4. 04

    Archive

LTO written and verified, so the archive is proven rather than assumed.
