Online Editing & Conform

From locked offline to finished master

Conform is where turnovers quietly go wrong: a speed ramp that reads differently in two applications, a multicam angle that resolves to the wrong source, a retime that truncates. We treat the offline as the reference and prove the conform against it rather than assuming a clean import.

How a conform runs

  1. 01

    Turnover review

We read the turnover before ingesting it and tell you what is missing, ambiguous, or likely to conform wrong.

  2. 02

    Conform and prove

Sources relinked and the result checked frame-against-frame with the offline reference, not just opened and eyeballed.

  3. 03

    Finish

Graded picture, final mix, titles, and graphics assembled into the master.

  4. 04

    Version out

Every downstream version built from the same approved master so they cannot drift apart.
